Ed received his BS in Accounting, and his MBA in Accounting, both from Miami University, at Oxford Ohio. He began his career with Battelle & Battelle LLP in 1975, and became a Partner in 1989. Currently, Ed serves on the Quality Standards Committee and is the leader of the firm's Financial Institutions Practice Group. His focus areas include credit unions, community banks, and other regulated organizations. He has served as past President of the Dayton Presidents Club and has served on the Finance Committee and Board of Directors of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
