Todd earned his B.S. in Accounting from Wright State University in 1995. He joined Battelle & Battelle LLP in May 2006, with over 10 years of public accounting experience at Deloitte in Dayton. These ten years include eighteen months abroad, where he focused on large, multi-national US based SEC registrants.

During Todd’s tenure with Deloitte, he was involved in various SEC related engagements in the Dayton area, including coordination of SOX 404.  Todd is the office leader for the new Risk Assessment Auditing Standards, and has given presentations to groups around the Dayton area on this topic.  Todd also has extensive experience in working with privately held companies in the manufacturing industry, as well as not-for-profit organizations.

Currently, Todd is a member of the firm’s Quality Standards Committee, HR Committee and SEC practice group. He is a member of the OSCPA, AICPA and a member of the Board of Directors at Daybreak, where he currently serves as their President.
