Brian has more than 10 years of Big 4 public accounting experience with Deloitte & Touche LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. Brian has been involved in all aspects of state taxation planning including income/franchise tax, tax credits and incentives, property tax and sales and use tax.  Brian’s experience includes working with SEC clients and privately held companies with expertise in manufacturing and distribution industries.

Brian is a graduate from Ohio University where he earned his in B.S. in Accounting and Business Pre-Law.  Brian earned his Masters of Taxation from the University of Cincinnati in the fall of 2001.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Brian participates in volunteer work with Special Olympics and Big Brother/Big Sisters.  Brian also volunteers his time by teaching and coaching youth sports groups in the Dayton Area.
