Rick received his B.S. in Accounting from Wright State University. He began his professional career at Battelle & Battelle LLP, joining the firm upon graduation. Rick was promoted to Manager in 1982, and Partner in 1990. Rick's expertise is in auditing and accounting, with a special focus on wholesale distribution and manufacturing industries. He also has expertise in closely held businesses. Rick is also the leader of the firms Employee Benefit Plan Practice Group. In addition, Rick has extensive experience with our firms SEC registrants.

He has served as past Treasurer of The United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, Daybreak, Inc. and Soccer Centerville Inc. Currently, Rick is a member of the Finance Committee of The United Way of the Greater Dayton Area.
