Sam earned his B.S. in Accountancy from Wright State University and his Masters in Taxation from Capital University. Sam has over twelve years experience with Ernst & Young, LLP in Dayton.

Sam’s experience includes tax planning and consultation with closely-held and SEC clients in the manufacturing, energy, financial services, real estate, and distribution industries.   He also has worked with a variety of clients assisting with business succession, mergers and acquisitions, international structuring, state and local taxation, and tax accounting method opportunities. Sam is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
