Steve earned his BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Ohio Northern University. He has extensive experience in working with manufacturing and distribution operations and SEC registrants. Currently, he is a member of the firm's practice niche group devoted to these types of industries and services.

Steve is a member of the OSCPA and the AICPA. He serves on the board for the South Community YMCA, where he is serves on both the Finance and Executive Committees. Steve also is on the Membership Council for Cox Arboretum, is a board member for the Miami Valley Teen Coalition, and is a member of the finance committee for City Folk.
